Kyle offers the support that saved him - Open Conversations

Open Conversations is where veterans and family members of the Australian Defence Force share stories about accessing mental health support.

Kyle joined the Army in 2010 and 18 months later deployed to Afghanistan. As a driver, he and his mates faced the constant threat of IEDs. His experiences gave rise to posttraumatic stress (PTS), which manifested itself in dangerous ways.
